“Jersey Shore” premiere date revealed, fifth season confirmed

By Sean O’Connell It seems like the “Jersey Shore” cast just arrived in Italy, and already, we know when we’ll be able to tune in to their international exploits.

MTV announced that the fourth season of “Jersey Shore” premieres on Thursday, Aug. 4 at 10 p.m., according to THR. The network must be pretty confident in what they have, because they went on to announce that a fifth season of the show already is on the schedule, and will be filmed “later this month in Seaside Heights, New Jersey,” the trade adds.

Still behind in everything “Shore” related? No worries. MTV will air a recap show on Thursday, July 28 at 10 p.m., documenting everything that has happened in “Jersey Shore” history to this point. You’re welcome.
