Reese Witherspoon accepts Generation Award from foul-mouthed Robert Pattinson
By Sean O’Connell
Hollywoodnews.com: Reese Witherspoon received the annual Generation Award during Sunday night’s MTV Movie Awards (man, do I feel old now), but it was her “Water For Elephants” co-star who stole the show with a well-time F-bomb during his introduction.
“I didn’t cut you out, but I did f**k you,” Robert Pattinson said, making a joke of how he was cut from Witherspoon’s “Vanity Fair” when they worked together years ago. “It’s not always a bad thing to have sexual chemistry with your mother.”
But Pattinson’s verbal gaffe led to a great response from Witherspoon once she got to the mic.
“After two kids, you’re the best motherf***** in Hollywood,” the legal blonde joked.
Outside of jokes, Witherspoon actually had sage advice for young viewers, stating (thankfully), “”I just wanna say to all the girls out there that… it’s possible to make it in Hollywood without a reality show.”
Hell yeah! Thanks, Reese.
