Dakota Fanning graduates from high school

By Sean O’Connell Congratulations to Dakota Fanning, who graduated North Hollywood’s Campbell Hall Episcopal High School Monday night at the ripe old age of 17.

Now go get a job!

Oh, that’s right. Fanning consistently has acted since 2000 when she took her first gig on the NBC hit “E.R.” Most notably, she’s tearing it up in the “Twilight” saga, and will head up the Volturi in Bill Condon’s two-part “Breaking Dawn” when it reaches theaters in November.

But for now, everything was about Fanning’s graduation from school, where she “was a cheerleader and this year’s homecoming queen,” PEOPLE reports.

Monday night’s ceremony was held at the Walt Disney Concert Hall in downtown Los Angeles.
