Selena Gomez stops by hospital for a checkup Selena Gomez is reportedly on the mend from her recent sudden illness, and part of her recovery reportedly includes getting a checkup after her release.

Gomez was spotted yesterday heading into a Burbank, California hospital looking a little worn out, states Just Jared. Gomez had reportedly been dealing with nausea and a severe headache at the time when she was rushed to the hospital.

And while the illness is still unknown, she is reportedly still scheduled for an appearance on Monday at Santa Monica Place mall that is making up for a canceled event.

Do you think she will comment on the illness at any point?

Glad that Selena is having her issues followed up! There is a disease called Fibromusuclar Dysplasia that can cause headaches, hypertension, and if not treated other complications can occur. More can be learned by visiting FMDSA.ORG. I became symptomatic when I was 17 years old. I wish Selena the best and hope that she will be screened for FMD. Once thought of as rare this disease is thought by experts to be as common as breast cancer. Please visit FMDSA.ORG
