Kim Kardashian may file lawsuit against Bret Lockett

By Sean O’Connell
Hollywoodnews.com: Kim Kardashian is getting sick of the rumors and hearsay, and she’s starting to fight back … in court.

Sources close to Kardashian are saying that her lawyers “are drafting a defamation lawsuit” that will be served to New England Patriots safety Bret Lockett and “will file it as early as Monday morning,” TMZ reports.

Lockett, of course, has been claiming to have had a “physical relationship” with Kim, even after she started dating her current fiancée, Kris Humphries. Then Lockett came out and said they never actually met. Wow. Talk about foot in mouth.

I think the NFL needs to end its silly lockout so people like Lockett can get back to smashing his head against other men and stop trying desperately to get his 15 seconds of fame by lying about famous people. Sad.
