Charlie Sheen loses first round of ‘Men’ lawsuit Charlie Sheen isn’t winning when it comes to his lawsuit involving ‘Two and a Half Men’ as he has already lost his first battle.

A judge reportedly decided that Sheen is not entitled to a public trial in this matter, states TMZ. Sheen wanted a public trial but the judge decided the arbitration agreement in his contract means that the matter will be handled privately.

Sheen is suing Warner Bros. for $100,000,000 as he claims they had no right to fire him from the show.

Do you think Sheen has any chance of winning?
