Convict confesses to Tupac Shakur shooting

By Sean O’Connell Are we close to finally finding out who shot rapper Tupac Shakur years before his Las Vegas murder?

Police reportedly are investigating a confession made by inmate Dexter Isaac, who currently is serving a life sentence in Brooklyn and stated, via, that he in fact pulled the trigger on Shakur at Quad Studios in Manhattan.

“I want to apologize to [Shakur’s] family and for the mistake I did for that sucker [Jimmy Henchman],” Isaac said. “I am trying to clean it up to give [Tupac and Biggie’s] mothers some closure.”

He’s referencing James “Jimmy Henchman” Rosemond, who Isaac says paid him $2,500 to rob Shakur.

Rosemond’s lawyer Jeffrey Lichtman denounces the statement, telling the New York Post, “Wouldn’t you know it, [Isaac] spins this tale.”
