‘The Voice’s’ Cee Lo Green wants to take tweet back

HollywoodNews.com: ‘The Voice’ judge Cee Lo Green recently sent out a tweet that could be seen as a little homophobic, but he swears he just got worked up and completely regrets it.

Green sent out the tweet as a response to music editor Andrea Swensson who wasn’t a fan of his performance with Rihanna in Minneapolis, states UsMagazine.com. “I respect your criticism, but be fair! People enjoyed last night! I’m guessing you’re gay? And my masculinity offended you? Well f*** you!” Green posted and then later deleted.

And while Green is not apologizing for the part where he was defending his performance, he wants fans to know he isn’t homophobic: “I don’t have an opinion on people with different religious, sexual or political preferences. I’m one of the most liberal artists that I think you will ever meet, and I pride myself on that.”
