Justin Bieber shoves a cop at NYC Someday event

By Sean O’Connell
Hollywoodnews.com: Once again, Justin Bieber triggered a flashback to “Beatlemania” – we’ll call it “Biebermania” – when he held a launch for his Someday fragrance line in New York City.

In the melee, the 17-year-old pop sensation reportedly “shoved away a plainclothes cop that he had mistaken for a crazed fan” when the throngs attacked the singer who had stepped into the crowd,” the N.Y. Post reports.

As a result, one of Bieber’s handlers, Moshe Benabou, was arrested for disporderly conduct when he ignored the police’s orders to cut the event short and move Bieber inside.

“It was a momentary, well-intentioned misunderstanding,” said Bieber’s spokesman Matthew Hiltzik. “And the event went well.”
