Miranda Lambert confirmed for “The Voice” season finale

By Sean O’Connell
Hollywoodnews.com: Country music star Miranda Lambert will appear on the season finale of NBC’s “The Voice.” Do you think she had a powerful connection working behind the scenes at the singing competition?

Oh yeah, that’s right. She’s married to mentor Blake Shelton!

“Miranda is an amazing artist and it will be fascinating to see her blend her talents with those of Dia,” said NBC and Universal Media Studios’ executive vice president of universal programming, Paul Telegdy, confirming that Lambert would duet with finalist Dia Frampton on the June 29 live results show.

“This special duet is what ‘The Voice’ represents to our audience. Together, Miranda and Blake, who represent a true power couple in country music, will help provide a memorable finale for our first season,” Telegdy added.

The show’s other three finalists are Javier Colon, Beverly McClellan and Vicci Martinez.
