Lady Gaga reacts to Japanese charity bracelet claims

HollywoodNews.com: Lady Gaga is being accused of trying to profit from some bracelets she created and sold in order to help Japan after their recent tragedy, but she thinks the lawsuit she is facing is a complete mistake.

Gaga is reportedly being sued over the accusation that she inflated the shipping price so that she could profit. Gaga’s spokesperson has called the lawsuit “misguided,” states Hollyscoop.

“The entire $5 donation made with the purchase of each bracelet is going to support the disaster relief. No profit is being made on shipping costs. Sales tax charges were made in accordance with local legal requirements,” Gaga’s spokesperson added.
