Joe Jonas is the “Hollywood Celebrity of the Week”

Hollywoodnews.com: Years ago, there were the Jonas Brothers. These days, it’s all about Joe.

Granted, the 21-year-old singer-songwriter is in the spotlight because he’s branching out on his own, releasing a solo album and touring heavily to help promote it. But it’s the incessant headlines the swirl around each promotional spot that have us paying more attention to Joe Jonas than usual.

The album, “Fast Life,” doesn’t drop until September. But Jonas is opening up about his inspirations for the new music: Everyone from his siblings to girlfriends past and present. “It was scary in the beginning just because I knew this is my one opportunity to show people my journal: the good and bad of every relationship I’ve been in, you know, [and] what I look for [in relationships],” Joe told MTV News before performing new songs at the Sounds Like Paper Concert in Brooklyn, New York.

Then come the rumors. Selena Gomez might be calling him on the side. He wants to tour with Chris Brown. He plays polo with the visiting Royal couple, Kate and William.

Jonas takes it all in stride. In time, he’ll let his music do the talking. Until then, we are thrilled to reveal that Joe Jonas is our “Hollywood Celebrity of the Week.” Now leak some more of that album!
