Jessica Biel had gone after Mila Kunis’ film role

HollywoodNews.com: In what could have made for an interesting casting situation, Jessica Biel was originally interested in Mila Kunis’ role for ‘Friends With Benefits.’

The film that costars Biel’s ex, Justin Timberlake, was reportedly one that she was interested in for some time, states the New York Post. David Newman, who is a writer of the film, revealed that she wanted the role from the start.

“She was actually a huge fan of the project and screen-tested for it years ago,” Newman commented, adding that he doesn’t know why she didn’t get it in the end other than Kunis being “fated” for the role.
