‘Dancing with the Stars’ allegedly looking for real stars

HollywoodNews.com: Fans of ‘Dancing with the Stars’ may get what a lot of them want, some big name Hollywood stars.

It is rumored that producers for the show are trying to get away from the gimmicky stars like Kendra Wilkinson, Kate Gosselin and “The Situation,” states TMZ. Producers reportedly want to pull in some high-profile names to change things up.

They are reportedly so determined that they are offering the A-list names control over their rehearsal schedules, saying there is no minimum requirement. The major celebrities would also have final say on the music and costumes.

Who do you want on the show: A-listers or reality TV stars?

Can’t see how a “real star” would have time!

I don’t see why a “real” star would want to do this show. They already have money, so that wouldn’t be appealing, plus they don’t need a jump start to their career, as many D-listers use the show for. I’ve enjoyed seeing celebs come on that I grew up with, and becoming fans of those I’d never heard of. I doubt they’ll get big names, but I think I’d be careful offering them free reign on everything.
