Amy Winehouse to be buried today in North London

By Sean O’Connell Troubled singer Amy Winehouse will be buried in North London today following a ceremony at an undisclosed location that’s meant for family and close friends.

Winehouse’s ceremony will follow Jewish tradition, The Guardian reports, with the 27-year-old singer eventually being cremated.

The paper goes on to report that a postmortem conducted on the singer “did not establish the cause of her death,” and stated that further toxicology tests “will be carried out with a definitive result expected in two to four weeks.”

Winehouse was found dead in her apartment last Saturday. The singer battled a drug and alcohol addiction.
