Vanessa Hudgens talks about why she needed to cut her hair
HollywoodNews.com: Vanessa Hudgens recently underwent a major makeover as she chopped off her long locks, but she felt that the move was necessary.
As she has been filming ‘Gimme Shelter,’ the actress needed a new look for the edgier role, states E! News. “Now it gives me the opportunity to be able to step out of what people see me as and allows to them to get out of their heads and be able to just experience the film,” Hudgens said about the drastic change.
However, the young star is still getting used to seeing herself this way:
“Even when I’m like kind of done-up, I look in the mirror and I’m like, ‘I don’t know who that is.’”
