Jesse James gets sole custody of daughter

The two have been battling over child custody for some time, but now it seems that the matter is settled, states People. Now, Lindemulder will get monitored visitations if she remains in California.
If she chooses to head to Texas where James is, she will be ordered to inpatient rehab.

What? What? Tough call. What judge would allow either parent access to innocent children? He’s a an untrustworthy jerk who obviously uses women; and she likes drug addict felons. Who was the judge? Why isn’t the reporting better?
