Kris Jenner defending self against facelift-related lawsuit

HollywoodNews.com: Kris Jenner is reportedly dealing with a lawsuit from B&P cosmetics in relation to her facelift and her endorsement of the company’s products.

Kim Kardashian’s mom is reportedly being accused of breaching the contract she has endorsing a line of anti-aging skin care products, states TMZ. Jenner specifically endorses their eye care line and is accused of violating the agreement by getting plastic surgery to her face.

However, Jenner claims that the facelift did nothing to her eyes as it was focused on her chin. She claims that the facelift just tightened loose skin on her neck.

Jenner’s agreement with the company started March 2011 and was to go until March 2012.

Do you think she will win this battle?
