Lady Gaga accused of ripping off yet another song

HollywoodNews.com: Lady Gaga can’t catch a break with her songs as she is being accused of ripping off yet another song.

Rebecca Francescatti has reportedly filed a lawsuit against Gaga in regard to her song “Judas,” states TMZ. Francescatti claims that Gaga’s song is very similar to her song “Juda” which was released in 1999.

Francescatti is claiming that “the composition is the same and the chorus is the same melody.” It is even reported that her former bass player, Brian Gaynor, is employed by the company that wrote seventeen songs on Gaga’s ‘Born This Way’ album, which could be related to the problem.

Gaga’s camp has not commented at this time.

What do you think about the lawsuit?

I cant find the song anywhere or the singer.
Apparently my friend heard it before and said the only part is “Juda Juda” repeating. And the repeating sounds nothing like Judas.
And Gaga wrote all of her songs, under the company. Not the other way around.

So Rebecca is gonna lose the case.
