No Jane Lynch in “Glee: The 3D Concert Movie”

By Sean O’Connell
Hollywoodnews.com: So the “Glee” kids finally found a way to get back at their nemesis, Sue Sylvester.

They cut her out of their upcoming 3D concert movie.

Series co-creator Ryan Murphy says that actress Jane Lynch, despite being shown in the film’s trailer, will not be in the version “Glee” fans see in theaters when they check out “Glee: The 3D Concert Movie,” which hits theaters on Aug. 12.

Instead, Lynch’s taped bits will show up on the DVD when it eventually hits stores, probably sooner than you think.

“We’re doing another version in a couple of weeks on DVD,” Murphy said, as reported by USA Today. “Jane will be on that. We’ll do it that way.”

The official soundtrack for “Glee: The 3D Concert Movie,” meanwhile, hits stores tomorrow. It will feature songs from the show and the movie, including Journey’s “Don’t Stop Believin’” and Michael Jackson’s “P.Y.T. (Pretty Young Thing).”
