Will and Jada split right after JLO and Marc Anthony

HollywoodNews.com: What a summer for two of Scientology’s sorta maybe top couples. First Jennifer Lopez and Marc Anthony split. Now it looks like Will Smith and Jada Pinkett Smith are separating according to several sources. The two couples are certainly linked and not just a little by Scientology. Tom Cruise has spent a lot of time recruiting all of them with varying degrees. But this much is correct: Lopez’s father has been a long time Scientologist. She was definitely more susceptible than Anthony.

In time, JLO and big time Scientologist Leah Remini have become best friends according to sources. Remini even managed to get Lopez onto her troubled afternoon show, “The Talk.” Pinkett got into Scientology when she and Cruise acted in “Collateral” in 2004. Pinkett was the one who got Marc Anthony a full time acting job on her TNT show, “HawthoRNe.” Smith always seemed uncomfortable with Scientology even though at one point he gave a now famous quote about it being “no different than the Bible.”

There’s more: the Smiths operate the New Village Leadership Academy in Calabasas, California (a swanky LA suburb). Even though they deny being Scientologists, the school’s curriculum is based on L. Ron Hubbard‘s nutty Study Tech methods. A couple of years ago, the Smiths fired the principal because she reportedly felt uncomfortable teaching Study Tech. Apparently, even the $200,000 paycheck wasn’t enough for her to overcome misgivings. Even though New Village has been in business for three years as a non profit, and lists $1.6 million in income, the school still hasn’t posted a tax filing or a Form 990.

The irganisation calling itsself the church of scientology demands absolute devotion and rhese splits demonstrate that, there is no compromise. As Tom Cruise once said you’re either in it or you’re not.

Roger Friedman–the anti-Scientology printing press–gets another chance to denigrate the new religion.

Of course he has such a hair trigger about Scientology, he didn’t fact-check this one any better than all his earlier ones, and he’s proved wrong, wrong, wrong yet again. No divorce. No story.

I can’t figure out whether Roger more dislikes Scientologists’ free (and secular) inner-city reading clinics, or hates that its volunteer ministers unselfishly leave work and hearth to help out at disaster sites. (Name one; they were there!)

It may be Roger doesn’t like the highly successful (and secular) anti-illegal-drug seminars that Scientologist volunteers deliver in public and private schools. They get way too many accolades for Roger’s comfort.

But most likely–since Friedman hopes to ally himself with Big Pharma for a sprinkling of its ad dollars (gornish helfen, Roger)–he most hates Scientology’s Citizens Commission on human Rights (CCHR).

After all, CCHR exposes the graft, greed and ethical grunginess in Big Pharma, which Rog would so love to become part of.

But that takes readers, Rog. Remember them?

The Scientologists have a Marriage Course. Well, I guess these two power couples never took it. I guess Hubbard never took it either (three marriages) and I guess Cruise never took it either (three and holding).

Friedman is off his rocker again, just like he was at Fox News. He never hesitates to pass on unverified information as long as it’s negative stuff about Scientology or Scientologists.

He’ll never stop on his misguided mission to try to malign Scientology, but at least there’s the saving grace that he’s now on a website that almost no one has ever heard of.

I always thought that Roger’s level of expertise was more suited to a tabloid than a real news network, and think that it’s just great that Roger has found an appropriate home, on an outlet that no one bothers to read.

Friedman plants and Mike O Reilly are the same Scientology Office of Special Affairs “internet handler” posting from a Scientology-owned ip, probably “Louanne” , although that’s not her real name either.

” that no one bothers to read.” And yet….YOU read it. Typical Scientologist, can’t address anything Roger wrote, you can only launch personal attacks, per cult policy. Don’t you guys claim to be “experts” at having a happy marraige/family? You sure do have a lot of divorces for self-proclaimed experts. In fact Hubbard himself was a bigamist with 2 divorces under his belt. Not only that, he let his 3rd wife go to federal prison while he hid from authorities. At the time of his death he was estranged from all of his children too. I’d say your marraige “tech” works about as well as Hubbard’s study “tech”, which is to say, not at all. Another great post, Roger!
