Justin Timberlake, Amanda Seyfried in Intl “In Time” trailer

Hollywoodnews.com: Sometimes we get caught up with the awards contenders of the fall and holiday film seasons, but that doesn’t mean there aren’t straight-up genre films we’re eagerly anticipating. Steven Soderbergh’s “Contagion,” Rod Lurie’s “Straw Dogs,” Hugh Jackman’s robot-boxing drama “Real Steel” and the remake of “The Thing” are just a few of the films we can’t wait to see.

Add “In Time” to that list. A sci-fi-thriller from Andrew Niccol, the film’s set in a distant future where mankind only lives to be 25 … unless you can afford to “buy” additional years.

Justin Timberlake, Amanda Seyfried, Cillian Muphy, Alex Pettyfer, Johnny Galecki, Olivia Wilde and Matthew Bomer star in the thriller, which opens on Oct. 28.
