New stills released for Peter Facinelli’s “Loosies”
By Kim Palacios
hollywoodnews.com: Though we don’t yet have a release date for “Loosies,” this week brought us the first set of stills. Posted on Peter Facinelli’s Facebook page are seven shots from the upcoming film.
Facinelli both wrote the screenplay and acted in the starring role of Bobby, a city native whose mother believes him to be a Wall Street banker. Yet, when he gets on the subway in the morning, that’s where he stays—riding the rails and picking pockets.
But don’t be fooled by his moral transgressions—it turns out that Bobby’s life of crime holds a nobler intent. Through the course of the story, the audience learns that he steals in order to pay his long-departed father’s old gambling debts.
The central conflict of the story arises when Bobby comes across Lucy, a one-night stand who claims she’s pregnant with his child. Bobby, of course, must choose a path—continue down the wrong road or redeem himself by becoming a responsible father.
