Bethenny Frankel’s Skinnygirl Margarita no longer at Whole Foods Whole Foods has reportedly stopped carrying Bethenny Frankel’s Skinnygirl Margarita after claiming that it isn’t actually all natural.

The store has reportedly decided to stop supplying the product after discovering “potentially carcinogenic ingredients,” states FOX. While the product reportedly claims to be all natural, it allegedly has the preservative sodium benzoate in it.

Frankel has responded to the company’s claims about her product: “I’m not making wheatgrass here. If I could put an agave plant and some limes on a shelf I would. [The Skinnygirl Margarita] is as close to nature as possible, while still being a shelf-stable product.”

She also claims that they quit Whole Foods, not the other way around: “With all due respect to Whole Foods, we were in a dozen of their stores and have decided not to continue in these stores.”
