Jessica Alba reveals her workouts to regain body after baby

HollywoodNews.com: Jessica Alba just recently gave birth to her second child, but she is already hitting the gym to get her pre-baby body back.

Alba revealed on Twitter that she is working out again after getting approval from her doctor, states UsMagazine.com. “I did my first day of workout since I had the baby. Just cardio for 40 minutes,” Alba posted on Twitter.

However, for anyone who thinks it is too soon for her, she did confirm things with a doctor: “My doc told me I could start after 2 wks.”

She also shared some diet advice as far as eating healthy as much as possible like six days a week with one indulgence day.
