Kelsey Grammer has been the victim of a Ponzi scheme

HollywoodNews.com: Kelsey Grammer may be a big Hollywood star, but that apparently doesn’t keep him safe from Ponzi schemes.

Grammer is reporting that his name and likeness were used by Staropoly.com without his permission, states RadarOnline.com. As a result, he initiated a lawsuit against TODHD, the parent company.

Grammer claims he did offer to help the site at first, but soon found out that they were not legitimate and ended up taking him for about $200,000, which led to him wanting his name off the site.

The company was allegedly trying to commit credit card fraud while not giving any money back to associates.

Do you think Kelsey will win?
