Courteney Cox talks adjusting to beauty over 40
HollywoodNews.com: It’s hard to believe that Courteney Cox is 47 years old, but that could very well be because she understands how to embrace a new kind of beauty.
Cox works hard at maintaining her youthful appearance, but she also works hard at understanding the changes as she ages, states UsMagazine.com. “Beauty over 40 is a slippery slope, but the life experience and knowledge we gain can make us sexier with age,” Cox commented about handling aging.
And while the actress does what she can to stay in shape, she also enjoys the foods she loves without feeling guilty: “I do cheat, on occasion, with pasta or bread and butter.”
