Kirsten Dunst approves of new ‘Spider-Man’ film

HollywoodNews.com: Kirsten Dunst played Mary Jane in the Tobey Maguire ‘Spider-Man’ films and while a new film is set to come out, she is approving of it.

Dunst admitted that fans will still feel connected to the Maguire films, but that a new generation needs their own ‘Spider-Man’ films, states UsMagazine.com. “There’s a new generation of kids that will watch these and this will be theirs. These are the people they’ll identify with as Spider-Man,” Dunst commented.

And she thinks that Andrew Garfield and Emma Stone are good choices for the new generation: “I do like those two … I do think they’re going to be good together.”
