New ‘Housewives of Beverly Hills’ star sued for fraud The newest cast member of ‘Real Housewives of Beverly Hills’ is just like many of the ‘Housewives’ women as she is reportedly being sued for fraud.

Dana Wilkey and her fiance, John Flynn, are reportedly being accused of defrauding an investor out of $53,000, states TMZ. Mary Painter claims the two and another man promised her a 10% return on her investment back in 2008.

Painter reportedly claims she has tried to get her money back over the years, but has had no luck. She is now suing for breach of contract and fraudulent misrepresentation.

Flynn has commented that there is no fraud going on here and that Wilkey should not be named in the lawsuit.

What do you think is going on here?
