‘Jersey Shore’s’ “The Situation” files hefty lawsuit against Abercrombie & Fitch

HollywoodNews.com: ‘Jersey Shore’ star Mike “The Situation” Sorrentino is hitting Abercrombie & Fitch hard after they dissed him by offering money for him to not wear their clothing.

Now, the reality TV star is suing the company for using his trademarks on a couple of their t-shirts, states TMZ. He is suing over shirts that have “The Fitchuation” and “GTL…You Know The Deal” on them.

“The Situation” reportedly wants $4,000,000 in damages from Abercrombie & Fitch.

The clothing company has not yet responded to the lawsuit filing.

Do you think he’ll win?
