MTV being sued over the idea of ‘Jersey Shore’

HollywoodNews.com: MTV has made a lot of money on ‘Jersey Shore,’ but it may be that they weren’t the ones to come up with the idea.

Bruce Hulse is reportedly suing MTV as he claims he pitched them the ‘Jersey Shore’ idea back in 2006, states TMZ. The man claims that MTV showed interest in his idea and promised to pay him if they wanted to move forward with the idea.

However, ‘Jersey Shore’ then premiered in 2009 without him knowing or receiving any money for the idea.

Now, he is reportedly suing for unspecified damages.

Do you think he has a chance to win?
