Gilbert was recently spotted out holding hands with 4 Non Blondes singer Linda Perry, states TMZ. The two were out in West Hollywood looking like a full-blown couple, although it is unknown how serious the rumored relationship is right now.
Gilbert does have two children with her ex-girlfriend.
