Bruce Willis, The Rock in new “G.I. Joe” trailer

By Sean O’Connell
Hollywoodnews.com: Audience members at Harry Knowles’ Butt-Numb-A-Thon in Austin over the weekend were treated to an early peek at the trailer for “G.I. Joe: Retaliation,” a sequel to the summer blockbuster that brings The Rock and Bruce Willis into an already macho fold.

We thought we’d have to wait a while to share the clip with you. Turns out, we only had to wait a few days.

The new trailer is posted below. Directed by Jon M. Chu, “Retaliation” continues the story started in “Rise of Cobra” and seems to suggest that, for now, the bad guys are winning. Channing Tatum and RFay Park return to the ensemble as Captain Duke Hauser and Snake Eyes. Jonathan Pryce will star as the U.S. president, while lovely Adrianne Palicki joins the fun as Lady Jaye.

But we’re going to see Willis and The Rock, who intros the new clip. Check it out, and tell us what you think:
