Spears debuted the sparkler at Planet Hollywood as she celebrated her fiance’s 40th birthday, states RadarOnline.com. Spears showed it off while wearing a skin-tight, light pink dress.
The ring is reportedly from Neil Lane and is allegedly more than 3 carats.
