“The Dark Knight Rises” trailer is here!

By Sean O’Connell
Hollywoodnews.com: Batman fans flocked to the theater this weekend to see the first official footage from the anticipated “The Dark Knight Rises,” which played before Paramount’s “Mission: Impossible” sequel in select IMAX formats. A trailer for “Rises” accompanied the prologue, and bootlegged copies made their way around the Internet all weekend long.

Warner wisely counters with an official trailer for the film. We’ve posted it below.

What will you see?

– Anne Hathaway’s Catwoman essentially telling Christian Bale’s Bruce Wayne that he’s part of the 1% (and will pay the price for his playboy ways)

– A crumbling football field (and what looks like Burt Ward – aka Robin from the 1960s TV show – playing running back for Gotham’s home team)

– Bane, and his bone mask.

– Marion Cotillard, and what looks like a Catwoman mask (deception!)

– A flying Bat-Wing …

… and so much more. But look for yourself. It’s the most anticipated trailer, and we have it below:
