‘Housewives of NJ’ star’s husband indicted in fraud matter
HollywoodNews.com: ‘Real Housewives of New Jersey’ star Teresa Giudice may be having a stressful holiday as her husband, Joe Giudice, has just been indicted in a fraud matter.
Joe is reportedly being charged with fraudulently obtaining a driver’s license in his brother’s name, states RadarOnline.com. Joe previously had his license suspended and allegedly used his brother’s information paired with his picture to obtain a new one.
If convicted of one count of impersonation and one count of wrongfully using identifying information of another he could spend more than 11 years in prison.
