Former ‘Housewives of NJ’ star wins stripping legal battle
HollywoodNews.com: Former ‘Real Housewives of New Jersey’ star Danielle Staub has won a legal battle in regard to a stripping contract she allegedly had with Scores New York.
It is being reported that she was sued over allegedly not fulfilling the demands of the contract, but had taken the money anyway. However, the judge decided that the business drew up a “vague” contract that never specified Staub’s obligations, states TMZ.
The judge has now dismissed the lawsuit, but it could always come back to Staub if Scores comes upon new information for the case.
Staub was being sued for $375,000.
Do you think she’ll be sued again?
