Jay-Z’s reopened nightclub reportedly dealing with health code violations

HollywoodNews.com: Jay-Z’s recently reopened New York nightclub, 40/40, is reportedly dealing with more than a couple health code violations that could definitely hurt business.

In fact, the violations are reportedly so bad that the club has been shut down by the New York City Department of Health, states TMZ. The department’s site has listed it as closed, but it is rumored that the club was operating last night.

Some of the violations reportedly include hot food being left on counters, refrigerators being turned on too warm, and even a worker allegedly mixing salsa with bare hands.

Do you think the club will fix all this?
