Chris Brown accused of stealing a cell phone

HollywoodNews.com: Chris Brown has been accused of a new crime as a fan claims that he stole her cell phone outside a nightclub in Miami and then drove off with it.

Christal Spann has allegedly filed a police report claiming “robbery by snatching” as she was apparently trying to get a photo of Brown and rapper Tyga at the time, states TMZ. She claims that Brown grabbed the phone from her through the car window and commented, “Bitch, you ain’t going to put that on no website.”

Brown then allegedly drove off with the phone.

No arrests have been made at this time, but the matter is reportedly under investigation.

Brown is currently on probation for his domestic violence matter which could result in jail time if this theft case moves forward.

Do you think he stole the phone?
