‘Housewives of OC’ star’s rumored new fiance allegedly proposed twice

It is rumored that he first proposed while they were vacationing in Bora Bora, but then the second proposal involved her children, states RadarOnline.com. While the first proposal was private and romantic, the second one was reportedly in front of her children as they are a huge part of her life and decisions.
Barney and Judge are reportedly excited to move forward with this exciting new step and are thinking about setting a wedding date for this summer.
