Dick Clark dead at 82 years old

HollywoodNews.com: Dick Clark has passed away at 82 years old as he reportedly suffered a massive heart attack.

Clark’s rep recently confirmed that he was at St. John’s hospital in Los Angeles where he was receiving an outpatient procedure, but he then allegedly suffered the heart attack and could not be resuscitated, states TMZ. He has had a number of health problems as he suffered a stroke in 2004.

Before his stroke, he revealed that he had also been dealing with Type 2 diabetes.

Clark has been recently best known for his work with ‘New Years’ Rockin’ Eve’ which he created in 1972.

You’ll always be known as the teenager who never grew up! You made and created stars and legends from around the world on American Bandstand. You will be greatly missed but you and the memories you made will live on forever. Rest in Peace Dick and God Bless you. Know you are in a better place with other legends you ‘made’.
