Reese Witherspoon in court for parent’s marriage case

HollywoodNews.com: Reese Witherspoon is dealing with some new issues as she was recently in court in regard to her parent’s marriage case.

It is rumored that Witherspoon’s mother is claiming her husband, Witherspoon’s father, is illegally married to another woman but isn’t mentally capable of knowing what it going on, states TMZ. Witherspoon was reportedly in court to ask that her father be placed under conservatorship as he allegedly suffers from dementia.

Witherspoon’s parents separated but have never divorced. It is believed that the new wife is allegedly trying to take advantage of him due to his mental health.
