John Travolta’s sexual battery case won’t go to trial The second sexual battery case against John Travolta that was recently filed will apparently not be going to trial in Atlanta.

It is being reported that both parties involved have agreed that the case should be heard by a private judge behind closed doors in mediation, states RadarOnline. The second case involves a man who claims Travolta tried to make him touch his penis while giving him a massage.

Travolta is also accused of starting to masturbate while the man was in the room.

What do you think will happen with the case?
