HollywoodNews.com: Jessica Alba first gained fans during her stint on the TV show ‘Dark Angel,’ but it sounds like the experience was harder than some would’ve thought.
Alba recently opened up about how the show turned her into a sex object at the age of 19, states Hollyscoop. “I was supposed to be sexy, this tough action girl. That’s what people expected. I felt like I was being objectified, and it made me uncomfortable. I wanted to be chic and elegant,” Alba said about the conflict.
Now, Alba feels like she owns her look: “I dress for myself. It took me some time to get here. Being a mom and feeling grown-up have helped.”
