Ashton Kutcher’s company suing California over DMV show
HollywoodNews.com: Ashton Kutcher has some beef with California as he is suing the state over the DMV backing out of a reality TV show.
Kutcher’s Katalyst Media allegedly had a signed deal with the California DMV in 2010 to produce a show that would “capture the variously humorous, emotional, dramatic, moving, humanizing and entertaining situations that arise on a daily basis” at the DMV, states TMZ.
Kutcher’s company reportedly spent quite a bit of money preparing for the show when the DMV attempted to back out of the deal.
Now, Katalyst is asking for $1.44 million.
Do you think the company will get the money?
