Kelly Osbourne getting serious with boyfriend

Osbourne recently tweeted a picture of the two kissing along with her declaration of love, states UsMagazine.com. “I’m in love and I don’t care who knows about it!” Osbourne posted along with the PDA picture.
And it seems they are so serious that he recently moved from New York to Los Angeles to be closer to her. It even sounds like an engagement could be on its way.
