Katie Holmes apparently wants sole custody of Suri Cruise
HollywoodNews.com: It sounds like things are not completely amicable between Katie Holmes and Tom Cruise in regard to their divorce as she is seeking sole custody of their daughter, Suri Cruise.
It is reported that in the filing she asked for sole legal custody and primary residential custody of Suri, states TMZ. Katie ended up filing in New York as it is rumored that she will have a better chance at getting what she wants there.
She is also asking for a division of their property along with quite a bit of child support.
