Russell Brand on changing life with meditation and yoga

HollywoodNews.com: Russell Brand has been through a lot in recent months what with his divorce from Katy Perry, but it seems he has figured out how to deal with it all.

Brand recently opened up to Piers Morgan about how meditation and yoga have helped him with problems, states Hollyscoop. “For the first time in my life I spend more time meditating and doing yoga than I do having sex,” Brand joked.

He claims that meditation and yoga have helped with his anger issues that were prevalent in the past.
