Jordin Sparks reveals how she lost 50 pounds

HollywoodNews.com: Former ‘American Idol’ contestant Jordin Sparks recently lost quite a bit of weight, but it wasn’t as easy as she made it look.

Sparks recently admitted to ‘Shape’ magazine that one day she just realized that her lifestyle needed to change, states RadarOnline. “I just wanted to be healthy,” Sparks commented.

However, it wasn’t as easy as that: “I knew I had a long road ahead of me. I was barely working out, and my diet was a mess.”

Eventually, she reportedly dropped around 50 pounds thanks to gradually increasing her workouts to push herself and learning portion control with her food.
