Usher’s ex will allegedly appeal custody decision

HollywoodNews.com: Usher recently received primary custody of his two sons with his ex-wife, Tameka Raymond, but it seems that the battle is not yet over.

It is reported that Tameka plans to appeal the decision as she believes it was made by a biased judge, states TMZ. Tameka allegedly recently found out that Usher’s lawyer’s law firm held an election fundraiser for the judge back in 2008.

She allegedly finds the ruling unfair because Usher is always on the road while she has a more stable lifestyle in one place.

Tameka reportedly plans to move forward with this as soon as possible.

Do you think the decision will stay the same?
